Our menu changes with the season, in keeping with our sustainable sourcing. What does stay the same is our use of healthy, local, ingredients. You can expect protein-powered omelettes, super salads, filling breakfasts, and delectable sweet treats. Always free-range and always delicious.

Our chef expertly crafts a sustainable menu featuring refined flavours and hearty dishes. We map our ingredients from the menu design stage to ensure minimal food wastage, like frying up carrot peels to use as delicious crunchy garnishes on salads.
